How to Measure Your Ring
- Find a ring that already fits the exact finger you are shopping for.
- Place the ring flat on top of a physical ruler or a high-quality measuring tape.
- Carefully align the **exact inside edge** of the ring circle with the 0mm mark on your ruler.
- Measure straight across the widest part of the center of the ring to the opposite **inner edge**.
- Read the measurement in millimeters (do not include the outer metal thickness of the ring wall) and match it with the chart below.
Jeweler's Verification Tips
- Knuckle Comfort: Your ring must be wide enough to pass over your finger's knuckle easily. If your knuckle is notably wider than the base of your finger, choose a size right in between.
- Thicker Bands: Rings with broad bands fit tighter. If the ring you are buying is quite wide, consider selecting a size half a step larger than your exact measured diameter.
