1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused,

  • In its original packaging, and

  • In the same condition as received.

2. Returns for Incorrect Size or Fit (Rings & Other Items)

If you wish to return a ring or any item because it does not fit or you simply changed your mind, and there is no physical defect or damage, a R250 handling and processing fee will apply.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

3. Returns for Defective Items

If the item has a manufacturing defect or was received damaged, we will exchange or refund it at no additional cost.
Please report defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Custom or engraved items

  • Items not returned in original packaging

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Refunds (minus applicable fees) are processed within 7 business days.
